Try this simple but flavoursome peanut butter granola recipe - it's a great healthy snack made with The Good Nut Peanut Butter, honey, oats, almonds & coconut.
Ingredients
1/4 cup The Good Nut Natural Peanut Butter Crunchy
2 tablespoons honey
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup puffed quinoa
1/3 cup slivered almonds
2 tablespoons shredded coconut
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons sweetened dried cranberries
2 tablespoons finely chopped dried apricots
Stewed apples, for serving, optional
Vanilla or natural yoghurt, for serving, optional
Method
COMBINE the peanut butter, honey, oats, quinoa, almonds, coconut and cinnamon in a bowl and mix well
SPREAD on a baking paper lined baking tray and bake in a slow oven 140°C for 25 - 30 minutes or until golden
STIR in the cranberries and apricot and allow to cool completely. Store in an airtight container until required
SPOON a little fruit into the base of a glass, top with yoghurt and granola. Serve immediately
