800g baby chat potatoes, cooked until cender and halved
2 bunches asparagus, cooked until just tender, drained and diagonally halved
4 spring onions, finely chopped diagonally
2 tablespoons capers
1/4 cup flat leaf parsley leaves
1/2 cup ZOOSH It Must Be Love Creamy Potato with Classic Chives Dressing
Method
SPRAY the chicken with oil and char grill for 6-8 minutes or until cooked through. Cut the chicken into thick strips, allow to cool
COMBINE the potatoes, asparagus, spring onions, capers, parsley and dressing in a bowl and gently toss with the chicken. Arrange on a serving platter. Serve immediately
