1 head garlic, broken into cloves and skin left on
2 tablespoons coarsely chopped fresh rosemary

Method
COMBINE potatoes, garlic, rosemary, salt and oil in a large roasting pan. Toss well to combine. Bake in a hot oven 200°C for 40-50 minutes or until cooked and golden
PLACE on a warm serving platter and drizzle with the dressing. Serve immediately
