A great recipe to make with the kids, these ice pops will be sure to cool you off on a hot day. Made with pineapple, lime, spinach and mango in the Boss To Go personal blender they're a healthy way to enjoy ice-cream.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (250ml) coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup (15g) baby spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup (75g) peeled pineapple, chopped
  • 1/2 cup (70g) frozen diced mango
  • 1/4 lime, peeled
  • 2 tablespoons agave nectar or rice malt syrup


Method

  1. For best results use your Breville Boss To Go blender
  2. Place ingredients into the tumbler, and secure blades
  3. Lock into motor base and blend for 20-30 seconds, or until smooth
  4. Divide the mixture among the 6 moulds, and insert ice block sticks. Freeze overnight (minimum 8 hours) until frozen solid
