6 x 90ml ice blocks
This recipe uses the Breville Boss To Go - the Personal Blender that pulverises whole fruits and vegetables, nuts and leafy greens..
Ingredients
1 cup (250ml) coconut milk
1/2 cup (15g) baby spinach leaves
1/2 cup (75g) peeled pineapple, chopped
1/2 cup (70g) frozen diced mango
1/4 lime, peeled
2 tablespoons agave nectar or rice malt syrup
Method
For best results use your Breville Boss To Go blender
Place ingredients into the tumbler, and secure blades
Lock into motor base and blend for 20-30 seconds, or until smooth
Divide the mixture among the 6 moulds, and insert ice block sticks. Freeze overnight (minimum 8 hours) until frozen solid
