Ingredients

6 medium strawberries
8 fresh mint leaves
2 tablespoons agave nectar or rice malt syrup
1 1/2 cups (375ml) pomegranate juice, chilled

Method

For best results use your Breville Boss To Go blender
Place strawberries, mint and syrup into tumbler and secure blades
Lock into motor base and pulse 2-3 times or until chopped and combined
Add pomegranate juice, and pulse the whole mixture 2-3 additional times

To serve

Ingredients

Mint leaf
Ice cubes

Method

Serve over ice, and garnish with mint
