This recipe uses the Breville Boss To Go - the Personal Blender that pulverises whole fruits and vegetables, nuts and leafy greens...

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups (310ml) reduced fat dairy milk
  • 1/2 cup (85g) frozen diced mango
  • 1 tablespoon Greek yoghurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey or coconut syrup
  • 1 tablespoon white chia seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla bean paste


Method

  1. For best results use your Breville Boss To Go blender
  2. Place ingredients into tumbler and secure blades
  3. Lock into motor base and blend for 30-40 seconds, or until smooth


Tips & Hints

  1. Make it dairy-free: Substitute with soy milk and coconut yoghurt
