This recipe uses the Breville Boss To Go - the Personal Blender that pulverises whole fruits and vegetables, nuts and leafy greens...
Ingredients
1 1/4 cups (310ml) reduced fat dairy milk
1/2 cup (85g) frozen diced mango
1 tablespoon Greek yoghurt
1 tablespoon honey or coconut syrup
1 tablespoon white chia seeds
1/2 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
Method
For best results use your Breville Boss To Go blender
Place ingredients into tumbler and secure blades
Lock into motor base and blend for 30-40 seconds, or until smooth
Tips & Hints
Make it dairy-free: Substitute with soy milk and coconut yoghurt
