This Indulgent Chocolate Sauce recipe uses The Boss™ featuring a high velocity ProKinetix® blade and bowl system that pulverises virtually any combination of ingredients.
Ingredients
250ml (1 cup) pure cream
125ml (1/2 cup) water
340g dark chocolate, chopped
40g (1/4 cup) pure icing sugar
2 tablespoons hazelnut liqueur (optional)
Method
For the best results, use your Breville Boss™ blender.
Place cream, water, chocolate, sugar and liqueur into blender jug and secure lid. BLEND 10 seconds. MILL 2 minutes or until melted and smooth. Use wand to push ingredients into blade. Serve: With your favourite dessert
