This easy Beef Rogan Josh is full of rich flavour and ready in 30 minutes. Made with Australian beef and Passage to India Simmer Sauce, it’s a family-friendly curry with a classic Kashmiri spice blend, coconut and yoghurt.
Ingredients
1 tbs vegetable oil
1kg Porterhouse steak, fat trimmed, cut into 3cm cubes
375g Passage to India Rogan Josh
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
Coriander leaves to serve
Method
Heat oil, then sear meat in a hot pan in 2 batches.
Add Rogan Josh simmer sauce and stir until bubbling. Turn heat down and simmer for 10 minutes until meat is cooked through.
Add cherry tomatoes and cook for further 5 minutes.
