Ingredients
2 Pears, cored and cut into wedges
1/3 cup soft goats cheese
1/4 cup pistachios, roughly chop
1/4 cup craisins
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Method
Toss pear slices in the lemon juice
Gently spread cheese onto the pear wedge. Sprinkle with pistachios and craisins
Arrange on a platter and decorate with micro herbs
