Method
BRUSH the bacon with maple syrup, place on a greased baking tray and bake in a very hot oven 220°C, turning once, for 10 - 15 minutes or until crisp. Keep warm
COMBINE the chicken with the breadcrumbs, aioli, corn, onion, Tabasco and seasonings. Shape into 8 patties. Fry, chargrill or barbeque for 4 -5 minutes on each side, or until cooked. Assemble burgers in rolls with extra aioli, lettuce and maple bacon. Serve immediately with potato crisps
