Ingredients

  • 2 cups finely shredded wombok (Chinese cabbage)
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 1 Lebanese cucumber, peeled, halved lengthways, seeded and sliced diagonally
  • 1/3 cup coriander leaves
  • 1/3 cup shredded mint leaves
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cooked chicken or chicken schnitzel
  • 1/3 cup ZOOSH Wild Times Mango Chilli And Lime
  • 4 - 6 crunchy long bread rolls - Vietnamese style, split


Method

  1. COMBINE the wombok, carrot, cucumber, herbs, chicken and dressing and toss to combine.
  2. Divide between rolls and serve immediately.
