Method
Cut up 11/2 cups on fresh strawberries/raspberries, and 1 big ripe banana. Once you have cut up all your fruits put them in a zip lock back in the freezer, let them freeze overnight.
In the morning, get out your frozen banana, frozen raspberries/strawberries, and almond milk. One you have all your ingredients out put them in a blender and blend away till smooth.
Once you have your blended smoothie, pore it into a cup or travel mug if your on the go. And there you have it your lovely tasty banana and strawberry smoothie.
