Passage to Asia Thai Green Curry is a fragrant, creamy curry packed with authentic Thai flavours. Made with tender chicken or vegetables simmered in a rich coconut-based green curry sauce, it’s a warming meal that brings the taste of Thailand to your table with ease.

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 400g chicken thigh fillets, chopped in 4cm pieces
  • 200g sachet Passage to Asia Thai Green Curry
  • ½ cup snow peas, sliced in half lengthways
  • ½ cup green beans
  • 150ml Coconut milk
  • Garnish with sliced red chilli, lime wedges, coriander and Thai basil


Method

  1. Heat oil in a wok or large frying pan over high heat.
  2. Add chicken in batches and cook for 2-3 minutes or until browned but not cooked through.
  3. Add Passage to Asia, Thai Green Curry Sauce and coconut milk. Simmer and reduce for 15 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
  4. Add snow peas and beans in last few minutes to cook but not soften.
  5. Serve with Jasmin or Basmati Rice.
  6. Garnish with red chilli, lime wedges, coriander and Thai basil if using.
