Ingredients
- Protein bread (1 slice), toasted
- half an avocado
- 1 fried egg
- sunflower seeds, roasted
- 1 tsp nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp hemp seeds
- roma cherry tomatoes, chopped
- pepper
- chilli flakes
- coriander
- lemon
Method
- Smash up avocado with a fork
- Add nutritional yeast, hemp seeds, roma cherry tomatoes, pepper, chilli flakes, lemon and coriander to the smashed avocado
- Layer the smashed avocado mixture on top of the toast, with the fried on top
- Sprinkle over roasted sunflower seeds
