Ingredients
3 cups Devondale Full Cream Long Life Milk
1/4 cup rice flour
1/4 cup caster sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon cardomom
1/4 cup pistachios, roughly chopped
Honey, to serve
Method
In a medium bowl, mix together 1/2 cup of milk and the rice flour to make a paste
In a medium saucepan, bring the remaining milk and sugar to a boil, remove from the heat and stir in the flour paste. Add remaining ingredients except for pistachios and honey
Place saucepan back onto a medium heat and stir until it boils and thickens. Cook for 2 more minutes, continuing to stir
Pour into 4 small glasses, cover with glad wrap and place in fridge to set for up to 2 hours, or overnight
Serve puddings sprinkled with chopped pistachios and drizzled with honey
