Ingredients
1/2 cup sour cream
1 lemon, zest finely grated and juiced
2 tbsp chopped dill, extra to garnish
24 Cobs Sweet Chilli & Sour Cream Hip Chips
250g warmed smoked salmon, flaked
Method
In a bowl, whisk together sour cream, lemon zest juice and dill
Spread sour cream mixture on Cobs Hip Chips
Top with pre-warmed smoked salmon and garnish with extra dill
Arrange on a platter and serve
