Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 lemon, zest finely grated and juiced
  • 2 tbsp chopped dill, extra to garnish
  • 24 Cobs Sweet Chilli & Sour Cream Hip Chips
  • 250g warmed smoked salmon, flaked


Method

  1. In a bowl, whisk together sour cream, lemon zest juice and dill
  2. Spread sour cream mixture on Cobs Hip Chips
  3. Top with pre-warmed smoked salmon and garnish with extra dill
  4. Arrange on a platter and serve
