Mix up your Mexican salsa recipe with this combination of strawberries and jalapeños. Serve with crunchy Cobs corn chips

Ingredients

2-3 x 250g punnets strawberries (about 20 strawberries) washed and hulled
1/2 Spanish onion, finely diced
1 jalapeno, chopped
1/4 cup coriander chopped
Juice of 1 lime (about 1 tbsp)
Freshly cracked black pepper

Method

Dice the strawberries into small pieces. Then, combine remaining ingredients in a medium bowl. Toss well
Serve immediatly with Cobs By the Sea Salt Naked Corn Chips
