This easy and quick avocado smoothie, is full of the right amount of good fat and protein to keep you full and going throughout the day.
Ingredients
1 avocado, peeled and deseeded
1 banana
1 mango, peeled and deseeded
2 tbs mint, chopped
400ml milk
1/2 cup Chobani berry yoghurt
1 cup ice
Method
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth
Pour mixture evenly into 3 glasses
