Delightfully easy celebration summer dessert ready in 10 minutes. A quick short cut dessert recipe that uses ready made meringue nests, a quick whip of some thickened cream then top with fresh mango slices and passionfruit pulp. Too easy!
Ingredients
6 store bought meringue nests
300ml thickened cream, whipped
4 medium-sized mangoes, cut into slices
2 cups fresh passionfruit pulp
Icing sugar, to dust
Method
Fill each meringue next with cream, then layer over mango slices and drizzle over passionfruit.
Using a small sieve, finish each next with a dusting of icing sugar. Serve immediately.
