A rich, creamy blend of aromatic mild spices in a fusion of tomato, cream, yoghurt and honey. Mild in flavour, which makes this a great choice for all the family - even the kids.
Ingredients
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1kg of diced chicken (medium chunks)
Passage to India Butter Chicken Simmer Sauce
½ cup thickened cream, plus extra for serving
500g (2 cups) of Basmati Rice
Coriander for garnish (optional)
Garlic Naan (optional)
Method
Seal chicken in a hot, oiled saucepan. Cook in batches
Add the simmer sauce and stir until bubbling
Turn heat down to low and simmer until meat is tender (approx. 10 minutes). Add cream and simmer for five more minutes
Drizzle with extra cream and top with coriander sprigs
