Sear meat in a hot, oiled pan for 2 minutes. Keep simmering on medium heat until the mince is almost dry
Add the peas, then the simmer sauce and stir until bubbling
Turn heat down to low and simmer for 5 min or until meat is fully cooked
Serve with steamed basmati rice
Optional: Stir in 4 tablespoons of cream just before serving for an extra smooth flavour
Tips & Hints
For an old-fashioned twist, try using sausages. Simply pan fry sausages until fully cooked, cut them into bite sized pieces, add simmer sauce and simmer for 10 minutes.
