Everyone loves the mild yet irresistible flavours of a good chicken satay sauce. It's an exotic and world-famous far Eastern flavour experience, made from a delicious blend of traditional spices.
Ingredients
1 tbsp vegetable oil
600g sliced chicken breast pieces
1 cup sliced vegetables - carrot, onion, capsicum, spring onion
1 packet Passage to Asia Satay Chicken Stir-Fry Sauce
2 cups of steamed Jasmine Rice to serve
Crushed peanuts and herbs for garnish (optional)
Method
Heat oil in a wok. Add ½ chicken and cook on high until sealed then set aside
Add second portion of chicken, and cook until sealed, then add vegetables and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes
Add first batch of cooked chicken, pour in satay sauce and stir fry for 3-5 minutes, or until meat is fully cooked
Serve immediately on a bed of steamed Jasmine rice
