Ingredients
Half avocado
2 rashers crisp chopped bacon
1/4 tsp chilli flakes
1 tsp aioli

On top of sourdough place fanned sliced avocado and top with crisp chopped bacon, chilli flakes and aioli
Avocado, bocconcini and pesto toast
Ingredients
Half avocado, mashed
1 small slice bocconcini, torn
Cherry tomatoes
Basil pesto
Fresh basil, to serve
Method
On top of sourdouch place mashed avocado with torn bocconcini, chopped cherry tomatoes (toss in olive oil) and finish off with a drizzle of basil pesto and fresh basil

Half avocado, smashed
Crumbled feta
1 tbsp pomegranate seeds
Chopped almonds
Method
On top of sourdough placed smashed avocado, crumbled feta, pomegranate seeds and serve with chopped almonds
