This stunning and fulfilling avocado, chicken and cabbage nourish bowl recipe is ideal for both lunch or dinner. Packed with colourful ingredients this super bowl will certainly fill hungry tummies.
Ingredients
2 cupe finely shredded red cabbage
2 ripe avocado, mashed with a squeeze of lemon
2 medium carrots, shredded lengthways
2 small red apples, cut into matchsticks
2 chicken schnitzels, cooked, cooled and chopped
1 sheet Nori, finely shredded
3 radishes, very finely sliced
Roasted sesame dressing*
Method
Arrange ingredients into four shallow serving bowls in the same order as the ingredients list
Finish each bowl with a drizzle of the dressing and serve immediately
