Easy baby greens, cherry tomato and prosciutto pizza recipe is great for sharing and perfect for casual dinner parties or easy weekend eating.
Ingredients
1 large pizza base
3 tbsp tomato passata
5 slices prosciutto
1/2 cup mixed kale and spinach leaves
250g Perfect Italiano Perfect Pizza cheese
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
8-10 basil leaves
Perfect Italiano Traditional Parmesan Shaved, to serve
Method
Preheat oven to 250°C
Spread the pizza base with tomato passata. Arrange the prosciutto, cherry tomatoes, kale and spinach on top of pizza. Scatter with Perfect Italiano Perfect Pizza cheese to evenly cover base
Place the pizza in the oven for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and base is crispy. Remove from the oven, scatter with Perfect Italiano Traditional Parmesan Shaved and basil and serve immediately
