A lovely combination flavours, this fig pizza is great for entertaining. The blend of prosciutto, fig and balsamic glaze pizza pairs beautifully with Perfect Italiano perfect pizza cheese.
Ingredients
1 medium pizza base
2 tbsp tomato passata
3 slices prosciutto
250g Perfect Italiano Perfect Pizza cheese
2 fresh figs, quartered
1/4 cup rocket leaves
Drizzle of balsamic glaze
Method
Preheat oven to 250°C
Spread the pizza base with tomato passata. Scatter with Perfect Italiano Perfect Pizza cheese to evenly cover base. Arrange the prosciutto and fig quarters on top of pizza
Place the pizza in the oven for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and base is crispy. Remove from the oven, sprinkle over rocket leaves and drizzle with balsamic glaze. Serve immediately
