Ingredients
1 large pizza base
3 tbsp caramelised onion relish
1/2 a 150g pulled chicken
3 washed kipfler potatoes, sliced into 1/2cm slices
2 tsp rosemary leaves, roughly chopped
250g Perfect Italiano Perfect Pizza cheese
Method
Preheat oven to 250°C
Spread the pizza base with caramelised onion. Scatter with half of the Perfect Italiano Perfect Pizza then arrange the pulled chicken and slices of potato evenly on top. Scatter with remaining Perfect Italiano Perfect Pizza cheese to evenly cover base. Sprinkle over rosemary
Place the pizza in the oven for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted, base is crispy and potatoes are tender. Remove from the oven and serve immediately
