Make a batch of meatballs flavoured with Moroccan spices and enjoy on a pizza!
Ingredients
1 Pizza Base
2 lamb sausages with rosemary and mint
2 tbsp tomato Passata
250g Perfect Italiano Perfect Pizza cheese
3 tbsp natural shelled Pistachios, chopped
1/3 cup natural yoghurt
6-8 mint leaves, to serve
Method
Preheat oven to 250°C
Remove sausage meat from skins into a medium size bowl. Discard skins
Spread the pizza base with tomato passata. Place teaspoonful amounts of sausage meat evenly over pizza. Scatter with Perfect Italiano Perfect Pizza cheese to evenly cover base
Place the pizza in the oven for 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted, sausage is cooked and base is crispy
Remove from the oven, spoon over dollops of natural yoghurt and scatter over pistachios and mint leaves, Serve immediately
