1 x 280g De Costi Prawns with Lemon & Garlic Butter
4 cups Brown rice & Quinoa, cooked & drained
1 tbsp Oil
1 bunch broccolini, washed & halved, steamed
1 bunch baby bok choy, washed and halved, steamed
1/2 red and green capsicum, diced, steamed
200g green beans, topped & tailed, steamed
Method
Heat oil, in a non-stick fry pan over a medium high heat and add De Costi prawns to the pan. Cook Prawns 3-4 minutes browning well. Keep Warm
To prepare bowl: Place 2 cups of the hot brown rice & quinoa into the centre of each bowl. Arrange the steamed vegetables around the edges of the bowl
Divide the hot cooked Lemon Prawns evenly between the bowls arranging them in the centre of the bowl
To Serve

Roasted peanuts, chopped
Pickled ginger
Carrot, shredded
Method
Drizzle with a little sweet chilli sauce, chopped peanuts, pickled ginger, lemon wedges and shredded carrot
