This easy seafood platter is great for Christmas Day and Easter. Super simple to cook and made even easier to put together with De Costi Seafood. This seafood platter is great for entertaining to large groups of people.
Ingredients
1 x 270g De Costi Salt & Pepper Squid
1 x 275g De Costi Crumbed Whiting Fillets
1 x 260g De Costi Cooked & Peeled Prawns with cocktail sauce
1 Lemon, wedged
Method
De Costi Salt & Pepper Squid you can either deep or pan fry. Deep fry for 3-4 minutes until golden brown. When pan frying, have the pan lightly oiled and cook for 2-3 minutes turning and repeating
De Costi Crumbed Whiting Fillets you can either pan fry or oven bake. When pan frying have the pan lightly oiled and cook for 3 minutes on each side. Oven bake at 180°C for 6 minutes
De Costi Cooked & Peeled Prawns are to be served how they are, they don't need to be cooked
Serve on a plate with your favourite dipping sauce and wedged lemon
