Mussel fettuccine with Napoli sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 x 650g De Costi Cooked Mussels in the Shell
  • 300g fettuccine pasta, cooked & drained
  • 500g prepared Napoli pasta Sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • Fresh basil Leaves, to serve


Method

  1. Heat the oil in a large deep frying pan over a medium heat for 2 minutes
  2. Add the garlic and Napoli sauce to the pan, heat stirring until liquid boils
  3. Drain De Costi cooked mussels in a colander. Add the mussels to the pan and stir gently, heat for 1 minute
  4. Add the cooked pasta to the pan and using tongs toss through the mussels and sauce
  5. Serve hot, garnish with fresh basil leaves


Tips & Hints

  1. Add a little chilli and a handful of olives for a delicious difference
