This easy crumbed whiting burger with Sriracha mayo and slaw recipe is a quick and easy dinner idea or perfect for casual dinner events. These delicious fish burgers can be whipped up in under 15 minutes.
Ingredients
1 x 275g De Costi Crumbed Whiting Fillets
1 tbsp olive oil
4 brioche buns
4 tbsp Sriracha mayo
1 carrot, grated
1/4 red cabbage, grated
1/2 lemon, juiced
Handul of lettuce leaves
Method
Cook De Costi Crumbed Whiting in heated frypan with 1 teaspoon of oil, fry gently for 3 minutes each side until golden and cooked through
Combine the carrot and red cabbage together and add the lemon juice to make a slaw
Toast the brioche buns lightly in the oven
Add a tablespoon of Sriracha mayonnaise on the base of each bun and spread evenly. Top with two pieces of whiting then place lettuce leaves and slaw on top
Serve immediately when warm

Make your own Sriracha using 1/2 cup mayonnaise plus 1/2-1 tbsp of Sriracha sauce
