This easy 5 ingredient chicken saltimbocca recipe is the ultimate appetiser or party starter that requires little effort. Whipped up and ready to go in less than 30 minutes.
Ingredients
12 chicken tenderloins
50g Western Star Original Butter, melted
1 clove crushed garlic
12 sage leaves
6 long and thin slices prosciutto, cut in half lengthways
Method
Coat each tenderloin in combined butter and garlic mixture, and place a sage leaf on each. Wrap each tenderloin with a slice of prosciutto
Heat a heavy based non stick frypan until hot and pan fry or BBQ tenderloins until cooked through
Insert a skewer through each tenderloin prior to serving
