Learn how to make perfect scrambled eggs every time, with these 3 easy recipes, from basic to creamy plus a quick and easy microwave method!

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup cream
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped chives
  • Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp butter


Method

  1. Crack the eggs into a bowl. Add the cream, parmesan and chives. Season with salt and pepper. Whisk to combine.
  2. Place a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Add the butter and when sizzling, pour in the egg mixture. Using a heat-proof spatula, to gently push and pull the eggs across the pan for about 2 minutes, until just cooked or until cooked to your liking.
  3. Serve eggs immediately on toast.
