Avocado Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 medium banana, chopped
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 cups ice
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 tablespoon honey


Method

  1. Place banana, avocado, ice, coconut water and honey in a blender and blend on high speed until smooth. Pour into glasses to serve.


Tropical Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 medium banana, chopped
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 3 cups frozen mango pieces
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple pieces
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • Fresh mango wedges (optional) and desiccated coconut, to serve


Method

  1. Place banana, avocado, coconut water, honey, mango, pineapple and coconut milk in a blender and blend on high speed until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve topped with mango wedges and coconut if you like


Raspberry Yoghurt Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 medium banana, chopped
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 cups frozen raspberries
  • 1⁄4 cup Greek yoghurt, plus extra to serve


Method

  1. Place banana, avocado, coconut water, honey, raspberries and yoghurt in a blender and blend on high speed until smooth. Pour into glasses and top with extra yoghurt to serve


Tips & Hints

  1. If you ever have leftover avocado cut it into cubes and freeze in a ziplock bag to use in smoothies
