Lasagne with Ricotta Cheese Sauce
Ingredients
- 500g smooth ricotta cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 cup (80g) finely grated parmesan cheese
- ½ cup (125ml) milk
- 1 quantity Healthy Bolognese sauce (see below)
- 6 fresh lasagne sheets
Healthy Mince, Lentil and Mushroom Bolognese
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 large brown onion, finely chopped
- 2 large carrots, finely chopped
- 4 celery sticks, finely diced
- 200g button mushrooms, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 800g lean beef mince
- 2 x 175g packets Celebrate Health Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce
- 2 x 400g can diced tomatoes
- 400g can brown lentils, rinsed, drained
