Strawberry Salsa and Tortilla Cinnamon Chips with Nutella is an easy sweet treat. Crispy baked cinnamon tortilla chips are served with fresh strawberry salsa and a side of Nutella for dipping.
Ingredients
1 x 350g punnet strawberries, hulled and finely diced
6-8 mint leaves, finely chopped
Juice of 1 small lime
1 tbsp caster sugar
160g Nutella
110g caster sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
200g white bread wraps, cut into triangles or strips
100g butter, melted
Method
To make the cinnamon chips, preheat oven to 180ºC fan. Line two baking trays with baking paper. In a bowl combine sugar and cinnamon. Dip wrap pieces in butter then toss in the sugar mixture. Arrange on trays and bake for 15-20 mins or until golden and crispy.
To make salsa, combine in ingredients in a bowl and mix.
Serve the cinnamon chips with strawberry salsa and a small ramekin of Nutella to dip.
