Prawns
Ingredients
6 x extra large green Australian prawns
2 tbsp olive oil
Street BBQ Balinese satay seasoning
Method
Using a serrated knife, carefully split the prawns along the belly without cutting all the way through.
Lay the split prawns flat on a tray. Drizzle with oil and season generously with the Street BBQ Balinese satay seasoning.
Heat your grill or BBQ. Place the prawns shell side down on the grill and cook until fully cooked and slightly charred, about 3–5 minutes depending on size.
Transfer the grilled prawns to a serving plate. Squeeze the lime juice evenly over the prawn meat.
Generously drizzle the warm chilli butter sauce over the prawns.
Serve immediately with steamed rice or crusty bread to soak up the delicious sauce. Enjoy!
