10 x scallops in the half shell – cleaned by your fishmonger
100g unsalted butter
Street BBQ Chinese seasoning
Juice of 1 lemon

Butter & Season – add half a tbsp of butter to each scallop and sprinkle generously with Street BBQ Chinese seasoning.
