Louisiana BBQ Chicken Ribs are bold, juicy and packed with flavour. Chicken ribs are coated in Louisiana seasoning, grilled until golden, then lightly glazed and served with extra sauce for dipping.
Glazing sauce
Ingredients
100g x butter
3 tbsp x chilli sauce (your option)
1 tbsp honey
2 tsp x Smokin South Louisiana seasoning
Method
Add all into a small saucepan and gently heat until fully incorporated.
BBQ Chicken Ribs
Ingredients
Smokin South Louisiana seasoning
800g chicken ribs
Extra Virgin olive oil
Method
In a bowl add the chicken ribs, some oil and enough Louisiana seaoning until generously coated. Let sit for 10 mins.
Heat your BBQ until medium, lightly oil the ribs again and place onto the BBQ, cook for 10 minutes turning 2-3 times.
Place the ribs into a clean bowl and add a little of the Glazing sauce and toss. Place onto a serving dish with the sauce on the side to dip into.
