These pork ribs are sticky, sweet, bold and incredibly easy - even if pork ribs aren’t normally your thing, Street BBQ Brazilian seasoning transforms them. They’re great as a snack, starter, or part of a bigger feast.
Ingredients
1 rack of pork ribs (cut into 4 smaller pieces)
1 tbsp raw sugar
1–2 tbsp Street BBQ Brazilian seasoning
Pinch of salt
BBQ sauce or chilli honey (for finishing)
Method
In a small bowl, mix raw sugar, Street BBQ Brazilian, and a pinch of salt.
Cut the rack of ribs into 4 pieces.
Coat each piece evenly with the seasoning mix.
Place the ribs into the air fryer on a tray.
Cook at 170°C for 30 minutes, turning halfway through.
Remove once the ribs are tender and lightly caramelised.
Option A) BBQ Sauce Finish - Brush the ribs all over with your favourite BBQ sauce OR Option B) Chilli Honey Finish - Rub the ribs with chilli honey for a spicy-sweet glaze.
Return ribs to the air fryer bone-side up and cook at 170°C for 5 minutes to set the glaze.
