Ingredients
- 1 x Street Kitchen, Arabian Kofta Kit, including: Kofta Sauce and Kofta Spice Premix
- 450g minced lamb
Method
- Preheat grill (or oven) to 180°C on medium to high heat.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the minced lamb with the provided Kofta Spice Premix and mix well.
- Using a small ice cream scoop, shape the mixture into meatballs using approximately 2 tbsp of mixture per kofta.
- Place the koftas onto a baking tray in a single layer.
- Bake at 180°C for 10–15 minutes or until cooked through.
- Serve with Kofta Sauce as a dipping sauce.
Tips & Hints
- Add coriander, capsicum and paprika to the minced lamb mixture before cooking.
- Also delicious served with yoghurt.
- Serve with warm flatbread and salad for a complete meal.
- You can substitute lamb mince with beef mince if preferred.
