Home > Green Thai Chicken
Ingredients
- 1 x Street Kitchen, Green Thai Kit, including: Green Thai Curry Paste, Coconut Milk and Green Thai Spice Pack (Kaffir Lime Leaves, Whole Red Chilli)
- 300g diced chicken thigh
- 150g mixed vegetables (green capsicum 100g, green beans 50g)
- ½ cup water
- 2 tbsp canola or vegetable oil
- 2 cups steamed Jasmine rice
Method
- SEAR: Flash fry spices from the pack in a hot and well-oiled medium size saucepan for 5 seconds. Add chicken and fry for 3 minutes or until well seared. Add vegetables and fry for a further 2 minutes.
- COOK: Add Green Thai Curry Paste to saucepan then immediately add coconut milk and ½ cup of water. Stir contents, reduce heat to low and cover pan with lid.
- SIMMER: Simmer until chicken is fully cooked and tender (approx. 20 minutes). Serve immediately with steamed Jasmine Rice.

- For a delicious alternative, try cooking with beef, seafood, or just vegetables.
