These sticky American style chicken wings are made with a deliciously tangy Carolina style mustard rub and sauce. It's quick and easy, great for dinner or a party.
Ingredients
1 x 200g Tangy Mustard Carolina Style BBQ seasoning and sauce
1.5kg chicken wings, cut into drumettes and flats, wing tips removed
Mayonnaise and lime wedges to serve
Method
Preheat oven 200°C
Sprinkle Carolina Style BBQ seasoning sachet over chicken wings and toss to coat evenly
Place chicken wings onto a lined sheet tray in a single layer and roast for 20 minutes
Brush wings with half the finishing sauce and turn over. Cook a further 15-20 minutes or until wings are sticky, golden and cooked through
Serve immediately with remaining sauce, mayonnaise and lime wedges
