A light but filling salad idea, this avocado, macadamia and pear salad is a gorgeous blend of flavours. For a healthy lunch or as a dinner side this summery recipe is great for all occasions.

Avocadamia and Pear Salad
Ingredients:
Method:
  1. Coarsely grind the macadamia nuts, either in a blender, or on a chopping board with a good knife
  2. Peel the avocados and chop in cubes. Immediately brush with lemon juice. Peel pears and chop in cubes of the same size
  3. Gently mix the avocado and pear cubes with the ground macadamia nuts. Lightly sprinkle with salt and pepper. Serve immediately
Tips & Hints:
  • Choose avocados and pears that are firm and not too ripe or this delicious salad may turn into a less appetising gruel
