Bocconcini and capsicum bruschetta
Ingredients:
Method:
  1. Brush bread slices on both sides with olive oil and grill until both sides are crisp and golden. Drain bocconcini and tear apart
  2. Spread slices with Sacla Capsicum Fig & Hazelnut Sauce. Top with torn bocconcini, olives and basil leaves. Season with pepper and serve.
