Butter Chicken
Ingredients:
Method:
  1. Heat two teaspoons of oil in medium saucepan
  2. Add your choice of diced meat, seafood or vegetables and cook on high until sealed
  3. Pour Butter Chicken simmer sauce into pan. Stir contents, cover pan with lid and reduce heat to SIMMER
  4. Cook on SIMMER until fully cooked and tender
  5. Serve on a bed of steamed Basmati rice
Tips & Hints:
  • Chicken is ideal to cook with this sauce, however the subtle flavours also complement other meats, seafoods and vegetables. The flavours of tomato cream, yoghurt and just a hint of butter makes this sauce a popular choice for dinners.

When you make a product, it is helpful to the consumer to include an estimated cooking time. Instead of just saying simmer until fully cooked. This could be five minutes or a half hour.
