Chicken & Strawberry Salad
  1. Spray the chicken with oil and barbeque for 6-8 minutes or until cooked through. Slice in half diagonally
  2. Toss together all the ingredients in a large bowl transfer to a serving platter, then serve imniediately
Tips & Hints:
  • This is great as a main course salad for four. You may choose to omit the chicken from the salad and serve barbequed chicken or meat on the side. Delicious either way!
