Coconut Velvet Puddings
  1. Sift together the flour and Cocoa. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Spoon into 8 x 250ml greased ramekins
  2. Bake in a moderately slow oven 160°C for 30 minutes or until cooked. Serve warm with a dollop of cream
