Raspberry sauces are perfect to serve with a great range of desserts and also for breakfast. Easy to make, they can be stored in the fridge until ready to serve. This Easy Raspberry Sauce is unstrained and contains the seeds from the raspberries (which are a good source of fibre).

Easy Raspberry Sauce
Ingredients:
Method:
  1. Place frozen Raspberries and sugar into a large non-stick frying pan. Stir to combine. Heat over medium heat until bubbling. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes
  2. Using a metal spoon, crush Raspberries until pureed
  3. Remove from heat and set aside to cool
  4. Transfer to an airtight container. Store in the fridge for up to 4 days
